Rick Duncan has lived in Cleveland, OH since 1987. He planted a church before it was cool and shares his experience with us around what measures really matters in planting. He helps us tackle questions like, “What does success look like?” and “How do you set goals around that?” He serves the North American Mission Board as the Ohio Valley Regional Equipper.

Kevin Ezell, President of the North American Mission Board joins the podcast to discuss the Send Network value of multiplication. In order to multiply, churches must look for high capacity leaders and invest in them in order to send them out. Kevin talks about how we can't just focus on planting churches but reaching cities. No one church can reach the whole city from one place.

Wendy serves at the Spouse Care Advocate for Send Columbus. She is a mother to 3 kids and is married to Rick, a church planter in Worthington. In this episode, she shares advice with church planters on how they can better understand the unique needs their wives have while planting. She also shares God's unique providence in her and Rick's own planting story.

Steve Hopkins came to the State Convention of Baptists in Ohio with 22 years of pastoral experience. Steve and his wife Denise have two married daughters and seven awesome grandchildren. Steve's responsibilities include leader development and coaching with pastors and church leaders, the PrayOhio! prayer initiative, and church revitalization.

Steve is also a coach and trainer of church planters. His heart for multiplication and church planting are a great asset to SEND Columbus.

Adam went from an atheist to a church planter to a coach of church planters. He is the teaching pastor at Lifepoint Church Mount Vernon.

Dhati Lewis is the Lead Teaching Pastor at Blueprint Church in Atlanta, which he planted in 2010. He is also the VP of the SEND Network.
