Holistic wellness encompasses our entire mind, body and soul. It's all about our physical wellness, along with our mental and emotional and even financial wellness as well.  It's how good we feel mentally, emotionally. Do we have relationships? Are we with the loved ones? Are they good or bad? Then physically do we have a good body a good quality of life. So it's just taking care of our entire body, our entire state of mind and how we feel from a physical, mental, emotional, even financial wellness. That's what holistic means. So that's why the word is holistic, like whole.
