  • Autumn meditation - Dedicated to Goddess Bambha
Now we are heading into September, and the seasonal change to Autumn - I wanted to tell you a little about The Goddess Bambha. If you have ever been to the Goddess House at Glastonbury you may have seen the Goddess Season Wheel - 8 goddesses that represent each season and seasonal holidays. And right now in Autumn; is Bambha's time. Bambha is Goddess of the earth and of stone circles. The bringer of Autumn, and protectress - offering shelter for people and animals in Autumn and Winter cold.
As trees turn to crimson and gold, and the last of the harvest is taken in, this is a perfect time to express gratitude for our Earth Mother, the land, for She gives to us so freely. This meditation is dedicated to Bambha and to us all embracing the beauty of Autumn.
The first 5 minutes of the meditation is a little introduction to Bambha followed by a sumptuous autumnal meditation.

  • Mermaid Meditations

In this meditation, I draw three oracle cards and weave the meditation around the oracle cards. With a twist of the new series of Mermaid themes! In this meditation, the Deck was "Magical Mermaids and Dolphins" by Doreen Virtue

    And the cards drawn were:

Watch Your Thoughts - Send your energy towards what you desire, not what you fear

Play Time! - The Dolphins know the importance of playing, Joy creates miracles and manifestation

Pay Attention - Notice repetitious sign and your inner guidance
