Whew Chile....we really opened up a conversation with this one. We discussed the general idea of age while dating. Does age matter? Does it help to date younger or older? As we approached the end of the season, we got into action with actually dating, and kicked this episode off with our first ever blind date on the show. The growls really made it a point to find Meme a man this season, so it was only right that Meme be set up on the blind date. This episode starts off quite interesting with Meme calling up her ex-boyfriend out-of-the-blue to ask questions about their relationship post break up. Although this conversation serves as the icebreaker for the night, it truly primes the conversation for both Sam and Meme to ask each other questions pertaining to boundaries that they have while dating. Episode one opened this season's "Dating Game," and we literally gave the entire run down for the season. Both Sameerah and I shared what was important to us when it came to the topic of dating in general, but more importantly in the black community. We share how we are going to dive into different topics like blind dating, virtual dating, considering age while dating, and many more types of dating that we as a people aren't generally that comfortable with.  Tap in and join the conversation. WOW! We really had our first virtual date on 4/8 with @kelseyalexus and @thrizz13 (both Instagram handles). The point of this virtual date was to mainly shed light on how we date in the black community. We habitually date with comfort; we don't necessarily try different forms of dating and we do believe this is why we as women sometimes end up with the same types of men. Same for men. Therefore, we created a dating experience where our two guests could get to know each other, while also shedding light on how easy and beneficial it is to try different forms of dating! 

For episode three the girls got a little transparent as they dived deeper into the dating topic. Sam and Meme were both tasked with coming up with their top five rules when dating. Although they did bump heads quite a bit on each other's rules, both ladies genuinely shared rules that they believe could help on today's dating scene. This past Thursday, hair guru @daisydoesmyhair (Instagram,) joined Meme and me for what was definitely "A MUCH NEEDED CONVERSATION!" We talked levels amongst women and how it's really important to stay on your hustle as a woman. With such chill vibes, we were able to share opinions and really give women something to take away from, which is the goal each week! Tap into this conversation and be sure to SHARE! 

This episode was one for the books! We were so grateful to have Youtuber/entrepreneur, @thekaylab_ join the conversation. We opened a conversation that all came from the thought of sororities and their purpose. We really wanted Kayla to share her thoughts and opinions on what she felt it meant for a woman to be confident. We also dissected the lines that can so easily be crossed when women confuse confidence with cockiness. Overall ladies, this conversation is fundamental and every woman and friend group should open a similar conversation after listening to this one! 

HEYY everyone and Welcome back to sentiments2self #AMNC with Sam and Meme! This episode was titled "Why you so green?" on this episode we had a very special guest by the name of Courtney Kyles! This episode we listened to OUR AUDIENCE to come up with our topic and it got DEEP! When you think about "being green" that could bring a number of things that come to mind including jealousy, envy, or even weak minded!
