Here’s the tips:

1. Engage with influencers on social media. Build relationships & offer genuine value to these online leaders

2. Don’t forget to visit google.com/business & go through all the hoops to claim your business listing

3. Create some follower personas for your social media. Make sure you’re writing posts for your followers & not yourself

4. Use [Todoist](https://todoist.com) to manage your social media. Never forget to reschedule, engage or post. Plan what you do for better results

5. Don’t forget your mailing list. Send our regular mail shots. Mention your latest blog posts & invite people to join you on social media

6. Never think you have to post on your blog every day. Once a week is OK…. Just be consistent & grow from there

7. Don’t ignore your tags. Title, Description & H1/2/3 tags are still important in their own way. Fill them with snappy descriptive text

8. BLOG IDEA: Create a simple pictorial walkthrough of one of your products or services

9. Improve your navigation. Create a simple, easy to read & use menu for your website. Make it mobile friendly

10. Customer service is slowly becoming more digital. Make sure you monitor social media platforms & don’t miss questions
