This piece was made by taking the 15-minute version of 95-Minute White Noise/White Screen Ambience and reediting it until I created the very psychedelic looking visuals. The flashes of colors was created using a strobe light effect. The soundtrack was created by combining two audio recordings I recorded at a concert I attended three months ago and processing it with effects.

The title refers to both the use of noise in the visuals and that it's a noise-based composition.
