On his way out to Vietnam to investigate the issues in the region, PFC Eddie Birdlace (River Phoenix) finds himself in San Francisco with one last night of freedom. His Marine buddies form a 'dogfight' where each has to find the ugliest girl and bring her to a party, where the winner takes home a bunch of money. Little does Birdlace realize, but he'll have the night of his life with pure wannabe folk singer Rose (Lili Taylor). Don't think twice, it's alright...to listen to us talk Dogfight!
