Well, single family pending sales are up 12% from this time last year, so it's great to see demand has improved from the stagnation we saw in the market last summer! And inventory has risen in tandem, moving up 17.5%, so there supply has risen as well. So buyers have more choice and it looks like that improved choice is making more of them leap into action. And this activity has driven a 3% median increase in prices this year.
