- State Delays - WSPA is hearing of significant licensing delays and will advocate for resolution. But meanwhile get your license renewals in ASAP! Also, FFS Medicaid is experiencing significant delays with processing PAs. Members have told us they are seeing a one month approved fill for renewal PAs to decrease delays in patient care.
