The Court of Criminal Appeals of Texas is allowing the District Attorney’s Office to reindict a man who faced capital murder charges. As KTEP’s Aaron Montes reports, the case was dismissed by a district court judge in 2021, that was when Yvonne Rosales was District Attorney.
