HAPPY NEW MONTH! 

LET'S CELEBRATE. I just became a permanent resident of the United States and I celebrated often because it's one of the top 3 biggest moments of my life. It sparked this recognition and awareness that we do NOT celebrate life enough. So I invite you- to go big this month on your self celebrations. DAILY. 

"I believe that we should be celebrating something DAILY. Does that sound exhausting? haha It might- and that's okay. Big transitions and new mindsets often do. but with consistent mindful practice- it turns into habit and no longer takes any extra energy. It ABSOLUTELY is work- but it's the best type of work because, it's the work that FILLs our cups and does not drain us. It sends our vibration up up & up. CELEBRATION. So let's break it down in the best way that I know how. 

What is celebration? Why is it important to celebrate it?  How can we celebrate daily/in all areas of our life?"
