Conventional archaeology propagates the notion that the further we look back into history, the more archaic the civilizations were and the more inferior their methods of construction. Yet all over the world are megalithic marvels that were engineered with an ancient lost technology, that confound today’s experts, that defy our greatest modern engineering and that tell us a different version of history. Case in point - the Serapeum of Saqqara - one of the most enigmatic ancient sites in all of Egypt. The serapeum is where one of the greatest discoveries ever made on planet earth took place. Lost under the sands of time, this subterranean labyrinth was rediscovered in 1850 and hides 24 colossal 100 ton granite boxes, some of which feature machine-like precision finishes. Who created these boxes? How were they moved deep underground into their tight fitting enclosures? What was the original purpose of these boxes and what was hidden inside of them?
