Hey everyone!!!
You didn't think I'd be gone forever, did you? Well, I decided to take the summer off the ~decompress~ after some crazy sh*t went down (maybe one day we'll talk about it), but I'm back now and ready to bring all my thoughts back to you.
In this episode I give a brief rundown of what the past four months have been like for me and tease the next episode. I'm really looking forward to it, it's gonna be emotional!
As always, thank you for listening and feel free to follow me on Instagram @serenasned or @serena.speaks
Vancouver, British Columbia is undoubtedly one of the most beautiful cities on Earth. So why does it often feel like there's something missing here? I explore my thoughts and feelings on my hometown in this candid episode, and talk about why I feel it is time to go (as soon as it is safe to do so!)

So the night before my birthday, I thought it would be a good idea to drunkenly Snapchat my never ending crush, Mr. Muffinhead. Which led to a whole sad spiral of questioning why sometimes people don't wish us a Happy Birthday, even when they know it's our birthday! Which then led me to reflect more greatly on recently perished relationships and how and why they still make me a little sad. We made it to the final stretch of this crazy decade! What comes next? Stay tuned to find out!

We get a lil juicy in this one! One of my friends asks me about my (nonexistent) hoe days, embarrassing sexual experiences, and what my bucket list experiences have been. I also discuss whether I think I'm a modern or more traditional woman, my feelings on anti-maskers, and how the pandemic has been treating me thus far. This Q&A was a lot of fun, thank you so much to everyone who submitted one (or several) questions 💚

In today's episode, I answer questions that my friends and parents sent in anonymously and guess who asked what. In this first of two parts, I discuss my future career goals, staying true to who you are, my time at UVic, and whether I would prefer to get swallowed whole by a shark or get sucked up into nothingness in the Milky Way. If I didn't get to your question yet, stay tuned for part two!
In my fourth mini ramble, I discuss the recent GameStop frenzy and what got me interested in finances/stocks (stonks). I also discuss a recent TikTok I watched where a girl made mashed potatoes out of potato chips and ways to know how to distinguish between your intuition and anxiety.

In this second mini, I talk about receiving messages from the universe in London Drugs, my contemplation of whether or not it would be a good idea to write a prisoner, and the joy of reading through a love report made for you and your crush. Oh and I deleted all my dating apps!!!

In this first mini-episode recorded at 6 in the morning after a sleepless night, I discuss my latest quarantine obsession, Dawson's Creek, my thoughts on the insurrection at the United States Capitol, racial issues, and my current Bumble experiences!
Are you someone who loves manifestation (and talking about it) as much as I do? It's a super interesting and abstract topic and one that has a lot of differing views! In this episode, I discuss manifestation and tell the story of one of my most interesting manifestations to date— partying with 5 Seconds of Summer in London back in 2014. I also talk about things I wish to manifest for 2021 and beyond, such as podcast interviews and a well-paying and enjoyable job!
Hi everyone! Welcome to my public spoken diary, a place for just us to talk about all things love, life, fear, anxiety, ups, downs, and everything in between! In this premiere episode, I talk about what led me to create this podcast, my educational background, failed friendships, and the crushes that just hit different. Join me on this adventure, where we go from here... nobody knows!
