Episode Title: Holding Space
In this episode, I share what it really means to hold space for our past and our emotions. I open up about the complexity of childhood experiences, the love I have for my parents, and also the pain that came from unspoken truths. Growing up, I learned to hide my pain to protect others, but as an adult, a mother, and through my health journey, I’ve realised the importance of honouring my feelings fully.
I share how I’ve learned that:
