In 2017, a small neighborhood in Tampa, Florida was terrorized by a serial killer for 51 days. The victim's Benjamin Mitchell, Monica Hoffa, Anthony Naiboa, and Ronald Felton, were outstanding people who lived normal lives. The murders didn't make sense and there didn't seem to be a connection to any of them. This is the story of how a suspect was taken into custody. The suspect, Howell Donaldson III is still awaiting his trial.
