Henry Louis Wallace, also known as the Taco Bell Strangler, was on a killing spree in Charlotte, North Carolina in the early 1990s. All nine of his victims were young black women in the prime of their who were acquainted with Henry through his work at fast food chains like Bojangles and Taco Bell, where he worked as a manager.
