Interesting read...

Here is another great book! I just can't believe a person can so these horrific crimes. What I love about the book is that the author brings us to know more about Dahmer than we ever have known. Nowhere were the facts ever printed or released, to my knowledge. I know that the author took a great amount of time to research it as well as it was written. It was a very descriptive book as far as knowing more about Dahmer, than knowing about his brutal acts of crime. Even though, yes, we did know what and how Jeffrey performed these violent acts. I have to say about Dahmer was that he did try to fight his demons with alcohol. At least he tried that much, things didn't turn out the best way as he thought it might. He eventually became an alcoholic, and still had to fight the demons. Alcohol never suppressed it. I felt sorry for him in that sense. He also said at the end, that he couldn't blame his parents for his childhood, That might be a first, to me. I don't know, I thought all or most serial killers put the blame on someone else, especially the parents. Maybe, if the parents were more attentive to him, and not his brother, maybe they could have done something. But, there is no getting away with it, he still was a demented demon. This book will give you all the information of the time killing spree of Dahmer. While reading the book,my hair in the nape raise.This is a very interesting read.

Great Story about true crime with all serial killers!

I love reading true crime and this book brings home the evil that surrounds us and the writing is factual and the story line is great and amazing to know there are so many and I am sure there are many more and we will know soon enough when Jack publishes another book, which is probably, now.! I am very surprised to read there are that many who eat the flesh. Oh! How gross, disgusting, sick, twisted, totally insane and unheard of, awful, just awful and that's where I was getting stomach sick. Especially, since I was munching on Cheetos at the same time as I am reading. So, when I get anxious, nothing new for me, and I am reading Jack's book, I seem to eat faster cause I am so engrossed in the book and these stories, all, were so intriguing and all so different. Mr. Stich spends a lot of time researching, as we all can imagine and ibelieve, Jack, you have outdone yourself, again! Great job! and I have always been fascinated by serial criminals, mostly what makes them tick, hence my career in law enforcement. and these books were factual and to the point while giving personal info and they also covered some less known killers and i really enjoy reading this book. Simply, a must have for the true crime enthusiast.
