During the 2000s, Jamison Bachman used his knowledge of the tenancy laws to essentially become a squatter in the homes of several people. He would use his charm and education to gain their trust quickly, move in with them, and then make their lives miserable, before it all eventually came to a grinding halt with a heinous murder.
