We also discuss how deprivation can lead to critical thought, how a pregnancy ruined Full House forever, and yes, we talk about Dr Quinn: Medicine Woman.   Signature Cocktail: The Hoboken It’s not quite Manhattan, but it’s not quite Bensonhurst either.   • 2 oz rye whiskey  • 1/2 oz Cointreau  • 1/2 oz dry Italian vermouth  • 2 shakes Angostura bitters  Combine all ingredients in a shaker with crushed ice. Shake vigorously until frost forms on outside of shaker. Strain into a pre-chilled cocktail glass.
