Welcome to Series 2 of the Training 4 Influence Podcast. At Training 4 Influence our aim is to help you deliver the best training possible. So in this series we’ll be exploring how to make the most of every single second in a training session. And how to deliver training so that it has added influence. You’ll be hearing from me, Tammy Banks, the founder of the Training 4 Influence methodology. And I’ll be chatting with Training 4 Influence graduates, facilitators and experts who can speak to each of the steps: expert, engaging, tailored and values-led.
In this first episode of the series I’ll be talking you through the Training 4 Influence methodology and in particular, the four steps that sit at its core. These four steps are an integral part of what makes Training 4 Influence so impactful. So although we will speak about them in more detail later in this series, for now I’ll be giving you an overview of why they are so important. And how they have led Training 4 Influence accredited facilitators to receive reviews such as:
