This week we look at women throughout history and the contributions they've made to food. We take a look at how women were instrumental in the agricultural revolution! (you guessed it - women were first - men followed) Our CITN is a proud Ualarai Barkandji woman and bushfood educator Jody Orcher, who is making it her mission to educate people on indigenous bush foods and medicine. Yvie tells Annie all about Buwei Yang Chow who is responsible for coining the terms 'stir fry' and 'pot sticker' and bringing Chinese cooking techniques to the western world.
We stop waffling at 19:34
