As many people are currently training for an autumn marathon (there's a lot of them!) this weeks episode is all around marathon chatter, training for one, racing for one and all the in between. All of this is with our lovely guests this week Roberto, Jenna and Austin three previous guests who have a lot to say about the marathon distance.

Rob has a big challenge coming up in 2021 with the Chester Marathon where he'll be raising money for Prostate Cancer UK. There will be lots of fundraising activities leading up to his marathon training and we want you to be a part of it. You can also donate on his Just Giving page.
