Is it possible to heal from this alone? I don't think so. I'm acknowledging where I'm hurting, that I'm bleeding out, and I don't know how much longer I can sustain myself under these circumstances. I need more help than what I'm finding is available and I'm wondering is there any hope. I hope to listen to this in the future with a smile at how wonderfully my life has transformed beyond this moment. I'm sure even in a weeks time I will be singing my praises for the great way the universe continues to unveil its divine favour. But for now I reserve the right to hold space for my wounding. Acknowledge the pain and how it's impacting me. I know there's another side, but while I am in it, I shall grieve.

STOP pretending you are.

A little pep talk I gave myself, as I began to overthink my response when someone left me on read.

I said what I said, and I meant it then. Just because someone else didn't like it, doesn't mean I should rethink it. Unless they communicate that I caused harm, there's no need to try to reframe it.

A short reminder that hugs are an important part of emotional regulation, and maybe that why I had a meltdown on a random monday afternoon.
