The way you think and feel about yourself shape the way you see the world. Join me as I share my struggle with self-loathing; where obstacles became insurmountable because I kept telling myself I couldn't do it. Or because I was simply not good enough. Self-loathing is a poison that I voluntarily swallowed daily to keep myself down. So then how did I stop this endless cycle?
