I found Lean Six Sigma and wasn’t favorable of the Heavy Tools, long collection and analysis periods, and very process focused methods. And then I found Human Centered Design and Design Thinking Methods and fell in love with being able to quickly pivot to deliver higher value - immediately!

Whether you’re competing in jujitsu, or competing for market share, you have to be adaptive and openly ready to pivot.
