Seriously?! A Grey's Anatomy Rewatch Podcast

Grey's Anatomy Season 1, Episode 1

Welcome to Seriously?!, the podcast where medical accuracy meets medical drama!

Montreal cardiologist Dr. Christopher Labos and media personality (and certified pop culture junkie) Robyn Flynn are going back to where it all began: the pilot episode of Grey's Anatomy.

It's Meredith Grey's first day at Seattle Grace Hospital, and things are already off to a questionable start. There's a one-night stand who turns out to be her boss, a group of sleep-deprived surgical interns, a terrifying Dr. Bailey, and enough workplace red flags to keep HR busy for years.

But how much of what we're watching is actually realistic?

Chris brings his medical expertise to the operating table, while Robyn revisits the characters, relationships, and ridiculous plotlines that made Grey's Anatomy a pop culture phenomenon.

Twenty years later, does the pilot still hold up? Is the medicine believable? And seriously, who thought sleeping with your boss was a good idea?

Grab your scrubs. We're officially on call.

It's been more than 20 years since Grey's Anatomy first hit our screens, and we're going back to Seattle Grace Hospital to relive every messy, McDreamy moment.

I'm Robyn Flynn, media personality and pop culture junkie, and I'm teaming up with Montreal cardiologist Dr. Christopher Labos for Seriously?! A Grey's Anatomy Rewatch Podcast.

We're watching every episode from the very beginning, breaking down the medical mysteries, the questionable science, the relationships, the heartbreak, and all the drama that made this show a pop culture phenomenon.

Is the medicine actually accurate? Would any of these doctors still have their medical licences? And seriously, why is EVERYONE sleeping with EVERYONE?!
