Meet Julie Boyd, a published author of 4 books, investigator, and paranormal enthusiast. From a young age, Julie’s fascination with the unexplained began—waving her hands through “worlds within worlds” at just 3 years old. Hailing from Liverpool, she was part of the Merseyside Anomalies Research Association (MARA), contributing to their publication, The Researcher (now available online). Though MARA is disbanded, her passion for the paranormal, UFO/UAP sightings, and folklore persists.
Julie’s creative pursuits include writing for magazines and self-publishing books like The Wittering Weasel (inspired by the Gef the Talking Mongoose case), Alexandra Park: An Oasis in Lockdown, A Tale of Two Witches That Became a Tale of Three Witches, and The Samhain Journal of Blessings. Her next project? A haunting tale about a vintage monkey doll. She also enjoys photography—capturing landscapes, historic sites, and abandoned buildings (check her work on Pexels)—and has a growing interest in urban exploration via YouTube. With a legal background and a curious mind, Julie blends fact, fiction, and the mysterious.
