You might have heard the story of Jesus and the fig tree many times but in this sermon Pastor, Jamshad is helping you understand the spiritual meaning of the story in a very unique and different way.
What Jesus’s hunger and the tree represent? And What is the fruit representing?
Here we find out that Jesus’s hunger represents His expectations from a believer; tree represents you, and the fruit represents your spiritual life.
When you plant a tree in your yard you expect it to be healthy and bring forth fruit. The same way God nourishes you with His divine love and care, and He expects you to bear much fruit for His glory. Christian is a Christian in all the seasons of his/her life. God wants you to be fruitful in all the seasons of your life and bear much fruit. Fruits of the spirit must show through your everyday life.
