John 12:12-19

The crowd welcomed Jesus with shouts of "Hosanna," but later cried "Crucify Him" because He did not meet their self-made expectations. Like in the stories of Joseph, David, and Moses, misunderstanding God's true work can lead to rejection and missed blessings. Today, we must follow the real Jesus, not the one shaped by our desires.

Sermon: Am I on the Lord’s Table?

Based on 1 Corinthians 10:21, this sermon challenges believers to examine their spiritual position and appetite. While many claim a place at the Lord’s Table, their choices, associations, and spiritual diet often reveal otherwise. The message contrasts the life-giving fellowship at the Lord’s Table with the deceptive and destructive alternatives of the world, compromise, and self-righteousness.

It urges believers to evaluate who they dine with, what they consume spiritually, and to return to the Lord’s Table—the only place of true grace, nourishment, and eternal fulfillment.

"Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus."   Philippians 4:6-7 (NIV)

This verse encourages believers to replace anxiety with prayer and gratitude, trusting that God's peace will protect and sustain them.

Sermon “ Burden or Blessing “

In this sermon, Pastor Jamshad challenges the Church to shift her perspective on burdens, recognizing that what seems like a heavy load may actually be a divine blessing. Using the story of the Oyster and biblical examples like the Kohathites, Simon of Cyrene, and Abraham, it highlights how God’s assignments, though seemingly unfair, are part of His greater plan. Instead of resenting our struggles, we are called to embrace them with faith, worship, and perseverance, trusting that God is working all things for our good. 

“Turning Pain into Purpose” based on 1 Samuel 30:1-22 highlights how David faced deep distress when the Amalekites raided Ziklag, taking everything from him and his men. Instead of giving in to despair, David strengthened himself in the Lord, sought His guidance, and pursued his enemies. Through God’s direction, he recovered everything that was lost. This passage teaches that even in our darkest moments, God can turn our pain into a path of restoration, victory, and a greater purpose when we trust in Him.

Sermon “ If it hold any Value”

Rev. Jamshad Hadyat’s sermon, "If It Holds Value" (اگر اس کی کوئی قدر ہے), focused on God’s relentless pursuit of the lost and the immense value He places on every individual. Drawing from the parable of the lost coin (Luke 15:8-10), he emphasized that God celebrates when the lost are restored. Highlighting David’s loss of holiness but his repentance and fervent search for restoration, the sermon illustrated that God’s mercy and grace are available to those who turn back to Him. The message encouraged believers to recognize their worth and trust in God’s power to redeem and restore.
