Treasures in the Word

The Bible says in Matthew 13 verse 44  “The kingdom of heaven is like treasure hidden in a field. When a man found it, he hid it again, and then in his joy went and sold all he had and bought that field.

and also in 2 Timothy 3:16 All Scripture is God-breathed and is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting and training in righteousness,

The Living and Active Word

The Bible says in 2 Timothy 3:16 – 17 The whole Bible was given to us by inspiration from God and is useful to teach us what is true and to make us realize what is wrong in our lives; it straightens us out and helps us do what is right.

It is God’s way of making us well prepared at every point, fully equipped to do good to everyone.

There is treasure in THE WORD OF GOD:-

It instructs

It corrects

It helps battle deception of the enemy

It strengthens against temptation

It equips us to do good,

It encourages us

It Reveals God

It says in Isaiah 41:10 ... Don’t be afraid, for I am with you. Don’t be discouraged, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you. I will hold you up with my victorious right hand.

The Challenges of Everyday Life can stop us from seeking God ... however we have to learn to seek him ‘In season and out of season' -
