In this series Pastor Jamshad will be encouraging you to stop doing things that are not beneficial to you  as believers. In part 1 you will learn to be sensitive about the things of the spirit and God’s commands. Jonah heard God but did what his flesh wanted because he hated to go to the people he was being sent to and went through trouble. On the other hand Stephen was being stoned to death yet he did not show hatred, but he was full of love and forgave their enemies.
