Will science ever complement religion- will religion ever complement science- As stem cell therapy, regenerative medicine, genetic testing, and personalized medicine become more of a reality for standard practice of care, how do faith communities respond- How do we reconcile the spiritual and scientific worldviews such that we can bring both perspectives to bear on understanding that which is seen and unseen- Although there may not be one clear answer on how to reconcile the intersection of science and faith, it is important to explore how these overlapping magisteria inform each other in this biotechnological age. With that in mind, can the potential realized through biomedical advancements be used for the glory of God to save lives through physical healing- These questions and more will be asked as we explore how God can be a God of wonders, works, and biotechnology.
