Siting an excerpt, Attitude Is Everything from the book, "Have Serious Fun," by Jim Burns, Nettie shares ways to notice when we are feeling down and how to seek and choose Joy in our lives.
Continuing with last week's theme, Nettie explains the gift of being Pollyanna in Putin world.
