  • The Power of God

We can have confidence in the gospel because it is the power of God to save sinners and make them right with God. In Romans 1:16–17, Paul gives us the heart of the whole letter: “For I am not ashamed of the gospel, for it is the power of God for salvation to everyone who believes.” In this message, we look at why the gospel is nothing to be ashamed of, how it saves, what it reveals about the righteousness of God, and how we’re called to respond.

Join us in person Sundays at 10:00 AM at Jacoby Auditorium.

  • The Heart of A Pastor

What does it look like to truly love a church? In Romans 1:8–15, the apostle Paul opens his heart to the believers in Rome, a church he had never visited but deeply loved. He thanks God for them, prays for them constantly, longs to be with them, hopes to encourage them and be encouraged by them, and can’t wait to preach the gospel among them.

In this message, we look at five marks of a pastor’s heart, and of anyone who loves God’s people well:

    1️⃣ Thankfulness (v. 8)

    2️⃣ Prayer (vv. 9–10)

    3️⃣ Presence (vv. 10, 11, 13)

    4️⃣ Mutual Encouragement (vv. 11–12)

5️⃣ Sharing the Gospel (vv. 14–15)

Whether you’re a pastor, a ministry leader, or a member of a local church, Paul’s example shows us what gospel-centered love for one another looks like. If this message encouraged you, please like, subscribe, and share it with someone who needs to hear it.

  • The Gospel of God’s Son

Before Paul says anything else to the church in Rome, he tells them what the gospel is about: not an idea or a moral program, but a Person. In this message, Pastor Dave York walks through Romans 1:1-7 and shows how the gospel, promised long ago through the prophets, centers on Jesus Christ, the Son of David and the risen Son of God, who calls us to belong to Him.

  • Session 1: The Calling of All Christians

Biblical counseling isn’t only for pastors and trained professionals. Dr. Andrew Rogers opens the conference by showing from Scripture that every believer is called to speak truth in love, bear one another’s burdens, and help others grow in Christ. This session explains why “one-another” ministry is the ordinary calling of the whole church, and how the sufficiency of God’s Word prepares everyday Christians to care wisely for the people around them.

  • The Great Commission in Everyday Life

The Great Commission isn’t only carried out on mission trips, in evangelistic events, or through extraordinary moments. It happens in the ordinary rhythms of everyday life. In Acts 2:42–47, we see a community transformed by the gospel. Their relationships changed. Their possessions were viewed differently. Their time was devoted to worship, fellowship, generosity, and life together. And as people witnessed this transformed community, “the Lord added to their number day by day those who were being saved.” The gospel doesn’t simply change what we believe—it changes how we live.

The Big Idea: The gospel changes how we treat others, our possessions, and our time, and God uses transformed people to bring others to Jesus.

What would it look like for the Great Commission to shape your everyday relationships, schedule, home, generosity, and life with the church?
