Is my faith a result of my good efforts? A decision of my will? A commitment on my part to follow Jesus? Or does my faith have another origin?

When we are insulted for being Christians, for living daily in Christ, we are experiencing what Mary, Joseph and Jesus experienced when they were forced to flee to Egypt.

The virgin Mary was humble. Throughout Scripture there are calls for man to BE humble. But why? Why not be proud? Have pride? And what does this have to do with Jesus?

The Gospel of Jesus Christ is offensive to the world. Why? In Christ, God our loving heavenly Father does something for us we cannot repay: He atones for our sins.

The confusion of the world can simply overwhelm us as we attempt to understand it and work within it. Too much thinking can lead to despair! Faith in Christ guards our minds, keeping us at peace.
