As Christians we live in-between Jesus' ascension and return. In this world we await our future citizenship in the kingdom to come. One prophesied about by Isaiah and Jeremiah to be a perfect world. For some not experiencing that world soon enough might cause them to lose hope, to quit believing Jesus will return and set everything right. But we shouldn't loose hope.
