Today were blessed to have The Reverend Canon A/Prof Uncle Glenn Loughrey preach about Pentecost and how it related to The Voice and Reconciliation at the 10.00 am. combined service at St Matthew’s Worship Centre.
Uncle Glenn is the Diocesan Educator and Advocate in the Voice for the duration of the campaign. He also joined us after the service for an information session as well as answering questions we had about the journey going forward.
Uncle Glenn is a Wiradjuri man and an Anglican priest at St Oswald’s, Glen Iris. He is an artist with a particular interest in exploring identity and story through the visual arts. He is engaged in the dialogue for treaty, sovereignty, reconciliation and self-determination for First Nation peoples.
