What if we weren’t meant to remain in the aftermath of our darkest hours, but to rise above? Before we were ever #venturastrong, God came to us in our brokenness, paid the price for our sins and rose to new life. Let’s join together as a community and celebrate the Easter story during a time when we could all use a little hope. Let’s rise above the ashes and discover a strength that far surpasses our own.

Palm Sunday

This Sunday is Palm Sunday, and it marks our 3rd anniversary in our new location! We’ve come a long way and God is good!

Additionally, our teaching text will be Matthew 21:1-17, which records the events of the original Palm Sunday.

This Sunday we’ll be looking at James 1:9-12 as we learn what it means to cultivate an eternal perspective. James is such a practical, relevant book; and, we’ve been getting so much out of it!

This Sunday we’ll be exploring why God allows trials in our life, as well as some ways that He uses them for His purposes.

This week, join us as we begin an application oriented, verse-by-verse study of the book of James.  Whatever you’re going through, James is a practical source of godly wisdom that will both challenge and inspire you.

Today is the last day of 2017. Every year on the last Sunday, we join together for one service and our elders speak. We are privileged to have Mike Shaw, Dino Mensa, and Scott Watkins sharing with us today on Serving in the body of Community Bible Church.

This Sunday, we kick off our series “Beloved”. We’ll begin by examining something that we don’t particularly enjoy focusing on, especially during the Christmas season, and that is our brokenness. Join us this Sunday as we take a look at how God wants to use our deepest hurts for the most amazing purposes.
