Joseph's brothers did some pretty bad things to him. But he was able to get away from their injury, spend time with God, and be healed (and it didn't hurt that he came to be the most powerful person in Egypt). Then he forgave them. Sometimes, we are tempted to stop listening, to talk amongst ourselves, and to avoid proclamation. But Jesus calls us to proclaim the good news, to liberate the oppressed, to declare Jubilee. What does that look like for us?
