God doesn't just want part of our lives.

Paul ends his letter to the Ephesians with a call to all prayer.

God gives us everything we need to live a bold life for God. He covers us with His truth, His righteousness, our salvation is purchased with His blood, He gives us peace as we carry the gospel, He is the author of our faith, and the one who gives us the gift of the Holy Spirit. So we lived armed rather than vulnerable and wrestling in the flesh.

The gospel of the kingdom transforms. It transforms the world and it's structures but it does this by transforming individuals from the inside out. People stop clamming for their own rights and they start laying down their lives for others. When this happens even institutions that have left people in bondage for millennia are brought down by love.

The Kingdom goes beyond the message of saving individual souls. It releases heaven on earth. This Kingdom culture is built upon the leadership of strong, Godly fathers who reflect the love of God the Father. The message today invites fathers and children to experience healing and wholeness where relationships have previously been broken.

Ephesians 6:4 tells us that Fathers are to bring their children "up in the discipline and instruction of the Lord." Who we believe the Lord to be will dictate what we bring our children up in. Our parents are our first picture of Father God. Who He is and what he desires for us to know about ourselves. If we read this verse and discipline and instruction makes us cringe then our picture of Father God has room to improve.

Holy Spirit is the promise of God for all who believe. "For the promise is for you and your children and for all who are far off, as many as the Lord our God will call to Himself." (Acts 2:39 NASB) When we believe God that we get to experience Holy Spirit in our lives we agree with Heaven.
