God says today, whoever you are, whatever you are, wherever you comes from, however young or old you are,

if you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved.

Everybody who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved.

Which of course, includes you. Believe it and live it.

Is it TIME for you and me to STAND? TIME to STAND with OTHERS;

to raise our voices; to address the crowds where they gather today

(one to one, or through other mediums, like social media);

to address the questions people are asking. Not arrogantly in our own strength but relevantly and confidently, in the power of the Holy Spirit.

God offers humankind the opportunity to repent. Salvation is solely from God, from beginning to end.

'The first movement of the Spirit through the apostles is out of the door, into the streets of Jerusalem, and into the crowd, to preach and witness and heal and serve and bless.'

It is no coincidence that the gospel ends in the very same place where it began - in the Temple in Jerusalem. The final words of the gospel tell us that the disciples who saw Jesus ‘carried up into heaven’ were not sad or crestfallen, but ‘returned to Jerusalem with great joy; and they were continually in the Temple blessing or praising God.
