In this part of the series we look at the appearance of the angels throughout the Christmas story. Some parts of the sermon were acted out by some of our youth. The lines cannot always be heard on the recording but they are what the angels say in the bible. Follow along to the sermon with your bible and you won't miss a thing.

We study how three different groups of people consider the signs that God gives them in the story of the birth of Jesus. We find that the presence of signs doesn't guarantee the response of the heart. The scripture used in this sermon is Matthew 2:1-18

Our guest speaker Nate, follows on Craig's sermon from last week on following the signs and finding God. In this sermon we see how the shepherds followed the sign pointing to Jesus. Scripture used is Luke 2:6-21

We visit several scenes of Jesus' life. We find that we should not be caught up in the spirit of the holidays but rather in the Spirit of God and how important it is to keep sharing the good news of Jesus.

We read some verses from Matthew 2 around the birth of Christ. We look at signs that make us wonder and how God gives us signs because He loves us.

Kirk takes us through what it looks like to prepare for Christmas. We look at what Mary's response was to the coming of baby Jesus, in her song found in Luke 1:46-55. By reflecting on her song we see the opportunities that Christmas bring us.

We look at Jonah 4 and consider Jonah's anger in this chapter as well as God's response.

We look at how justice and Christmas come together by looking at Micah 5:2-5.

We look at Daniel chapter 6 and see three different areas where there is a strong contrast or opposing forces.

Looking at Luke 2:1-12, we see how God actually works in small things. Looking at the Christmas story we see that small things are a big part of God's plan, they advance bigger things and they reflect Christ.
