Week 30

Sam speaks to the International Baptist Church, Bukit Indah, via Zoom on the book of 1 Kings, chapters 6 and 7. 

Sam talks about the importance of our bodies being made perfect from within, being where God's Holy Spirit dwells. He talks about how we see more of Solomon's weakness and that we are weak despite the wisdom God has given to us, and finally how Jesus is God's true temple and that this temple never was meant to be the one that lasts forever.

Pastor Craig joins us at the International Baptist Church in Bukit Indah, via Zoom, to preach on 1 Kings chapters 4 and 5. 

Craig takes a look at Solomon as he begins preparations for building the temple of God and what lessons we can learn from this.

Sam takes a look at the attitude of Solomon and why it pleased God. He looks at how God gives. Finally, on how Solomon is a foreshadowing of Jesus, in that God's justice and mercy are for everyone and that we need a saviour for our forgiveness, especially wisdom isn't enough and we fail.
