  • You Have Been Sent!
More than 3 billion people will live their entire lives never knowing who Jesus is or what He did for them unless they are told. People often ask, “What happens to the innocent person in the jungle who has never heard about Jesus?” Here’s the answer: there is no innocent person—in the jungle or anywhere else. All are guilty. All have sinned. None are right with God. Everyone needs to hear the good news about Jesus’ rescue. And God’s mission to reach those people includes YOU and ME. We’ll be talking about that this week at GraceLife. “You Have Been Sent!”

  • This is My Story | Cliff
Every second Sunday of the month, we hear a testimony from one of our members. It could be a testimony of how they came to faith, or any other instance where they saw the goodness of God in their life.

  • The Big Picture
You and I have been conditioned to believe we’re missing out on something BIG…that our life is boring, unimportant, and incomplete. Businesses make money on that lie—especially travel agencies. That’s good marketing. This nagging ache can also hit us after reading a good book or watching an epic movie with a compelling plot, heroic characters, and a satisfying ending. Even a nostalgic look through old pictures can resurrect that hunger for excitement and longing for inclusion. That’s one of the many reasons why chapter 9 of Paul’s letter to Rome is so helpful. He gives us THE BIG PICTURE of God’s sweeping redemptive story in the world—and where we fit in. So…tired of feeling like you’re “missing out”? Come to GraceLife this week as we celebrate “The Big Picture” together.

  • The Willing Love of Christ
“O Jerusalem, Jerusalem, the city that kills the prophets and stones those who are sent to it! How often would I have gathered your children together as a hen gathers her brood under her wings, and you were not willing!”

  • Talking Back to God
We live in an increasingly suspicious age. We don’t trust BIG Tech, BIG Pharma, or BIG Gov. They wield too much power, exert too much influence, and access too much personal data. So goes the thinking. So when the Bible comes along and says God is BIG. He possesses all power. He holds all control. He exercises sovereignty over every sphere of our lives. We get sus. But here’s the beauty of the Bible: God knew we would have that reaction. We’re not the first culture to object to His sovereignty. He understands our reaction and gives us some help. I hope you will join us Sunday as we continue our Romans 9 series, “God’s Sovereign Plan: Talking Back to God.” Can’t join us in person? Check out the livestream. GraceLifeFlorida.com. 10am.

  • Forgiven to Forgive
When Peter asked Jesus how many times he was expected to forgive his brother, Jesus gave an unexpected answer. Not 7 times, but 70 times 7. Our Lord is telling us that when we try to put limits on our forgiveness of others, we’re misunderstanding the kingdom of God. Then Jesus shares a story about a forgiven servant. A forgiven servant who misunderstood the kingdom. Come join us to see how the story ends and to learn how we are forgiven to forgive.

  • Shepherds Pt. 2
Last week we began looking at the qualifications for who can serve as shepherds in God’s church. This week we’ll finish that outline and spend some time talking about why you should care about that—a lot! I hope you can join us this week at GraceLife for Shepherds, Part 2.

  • Shepherds
One of the ways we see God bless the early church in the New Testament is through a qualified, united, healthy leadership team. God was specific on who He wanted to lead His church. He gave us multiple examples (both good and bad) and He also gave us several clear passages that lay out who should lead, how they should lead, and why they should lead. Join us this Sunday at GraceLife for some important—and exciting—leadership updates.
