This Sunday Justus shares with Normandy the importance of encountering our unity with God every day and shows us how to do it practically.

This week we continued looking at Ephesians to give more understanding of unity and peace. Our theology should form our practice and our belief drive our behavior. However, it is often not until we face a measure of conflict that our beliefs are put to the test (Ephesians 4:1-6).

This week we moved in to preaching through our value of Unity Peace. We can walk in Unity Peace because Christ asked the Father for it, He paid for it with His death and created a new man capable of being a His dwelling place (John 17:11; John 17:20-23; Ephesians 2:11-22).

This week we finished discussing faithfulness as we unpacked being faithful to a person (Christ) and to a purpose (the Greatest Commandment). Our body is called to be constant and steadfast in devotion to Christ and to His calling to love others (Luke 16:10; Matthew 22:34-40; Psalm 27:2-14).

In this week’s sermon, Mark Heger continues the series on “faithfulness” by taking a look at “The Parable of the Talents” in Matthew 25. Dispelling some common misconceptions, we learn about how God views faithfulness in light of participating in the blessings that God gives us and inviting others into the blessing with us.

This week we continued our discussion on our value of faithfulness. After a brief update on the building process, we learned that success in the kingdom is measured by faithfulness. God's heart is to increase His children's influence as the grow and mature by being faithful in the small things (Luke 16:10-11; Psalm 37:3; Proverbs 20:6; 1 Corinthians 4:2; Proverbs 3:3-4).

This Sunday was packed as John Kaserman and John Bower gave an update on Launch, our building initiative. Then with a little help from Eric Zito, we learned about the faithfulness of God (1 John 1:9; 1 John 5:9-11; Numbers 23:19; Psalm 117:1-2; Hebrews 13:5-6; John 15:15).
