Values are the core of what we believe. Values should be both said, and seen in the way we live. So, what are the values that Jesus follower should live? And how do we learn to live those values in a way that bring God glory and people closer to Christ?

What are supposed to be doing as Jesus followers? Jesus was pretty clear and commissioned us with this directive: "Go and make disciples..." Most everyone talks about this Great Commission, but how are we supposed to do it? Join in for some conversation starters and a new look at the one thing we should be knocking out of the park!

Even when we feel like we're on a good growth trajectory, there are always powerful distractions that threaten to take us off course. How can we stay rooted so that we produce the fruit of the Spirit, and not the fruitlessness of this world?

Jesus' temptation was done by the devil, but instigated by The Holy Spirit. Why would the Spirit guide Jesus to a place of trials? Could it be that these trials make our faith stronger not just for us personally, but for a greater purpose than we can imagine?

At times, growth in Christ can be tough. There are dark times and doubt. Yet, there is only one place where we'll find our true source of hope. How can we, like David, claim that despite the despair around us, we will yet hope in God?

Paul tells the Philippians that they must "work out" their salvation with fear and trembling. But if salvation comes from belief, what is there to work out? Come and join us on this journey of spiritual development and maturity in Christ as we work it all out together!

This is the week when Americans celebrate freedom. But freedom didn't start in America. Jesus followers have a unique view on freedom. Where does it come from? And once obtained, what do we do with this freedom? If we can answer these questions, we'll use the freedom we've been given in a way that makes life different and gives God the credit. Perhaps that's the greatest greatest legacy we can leave: Freedom in Christ!

Even the best lessons fade from our human minds quickly. So, how can we ensure that what we cherish most will be remembered by future generations? We'll explore the value of recall and reflection as a way to guide our loved ones into the future, and examine some modern ideas that help us remember the essentials even when life is chaotic.

As we celebrate Father's Day, we can also celebrate the opportunity we have to teach the next generation how to follow wherever God leads. Using an example from the life of Joshua, we'll learn to discern the difference between needless risk and bold action for God.

This capstone ties the series together with a great promise from God. There will never be a time where we lack what we need to live the abundant life that Jesus promises. More often, it's a matter of our perspective, and our willingness to go where our Shepherd leads.
