You have a choice to make in answering the question "Who defines you?" If you want the world to define you, what do you have to do? Nothing, nothing at all. It and your flesh will do it by default. If you want the Spirit of Christ, "in Christ", the Word to define you then that will come about by the discipline of renewal.

The believer's response to God's mercy is personal sacrifice. As their mind is renewed, they will pursue and achieve the will of God. This will strengthen not only personal relationships but the church as well.
