How do we relate to our godless culture without becoming tainted by it? We are to walk as children of light in this dark world, exposing the deeds of darkness.

In this Bible study, because of Achan's sin of possessing accursed things, which were forbidden by God, Israel loses the battle at Ai. Eventually, God calls Joshua to sanctify the people to find out who had the accursed things. It turned out to be Achan. As a consequence, he was stoned to death. The Lord's anger was thus turned away from Israel.
