God takes shameful enemies and makes them his honored friends. This is the only message that works, so we must hold onto it tightly.

Jesus Christ is God in the flesh, supreme over all creation. Jesus Christ is the one in whom the broken creation is made whole again.

Worthy walking comes from the work of God on our minds. Worthy walking looks like: bearing fruit, increasing in the knowledge of the Lord, and giving thanks to the Father.

1. God grows his people by means of hope. 2. God brings this hope to us in the message of the gospel. So, preach the gospel to yourself.

Through Paul, God speaks to us with authority and purpose; God speaks to His people for grace and peace

1. God is doing infinite good in his disciplining of his children. 2. We endure suffering by embracing our identity as his beloved children.

We have been raised to be those who walk in newness of life under the ministry of the Spirit. We should live out the life we've been given and not try and go back.

The resurrection life is a life free from the binding authority of the law. Resurrection life is a life now governed by grace that enables us to bear fruit for God.
