Jesus invites us to a radical sincerity of heart, admonishing us to stop “play-acting” our faith in God.

This is the mountain top experience; to listen, to see, and be transformed. And then to bring this with us back into the world.

Living by faith and not by sight is hard. It is hard to trust that we are doing His work, that it will not fail, and that He will always go with us.

In every baptism, the story of our salvation is played out before us, if we have the eyes to see.
